Though most students who live on campus usually order their pizza over the phone and have it delivered to their dorm room, deciding to skip eat-in may be just as satisfying.
At this student-friendly Hungry Howie's seating is limited, but the service and sense of hidden privacy is worth it. With eight different crust flavors to choose from, the pizzeria rightfully claims they are "the original home of flavored crust pizza." Hungry Howie's also offers subs, salads, chicken tenders and "Howie wings." They also offer lunch specials for only $4.99.
The mood completely changes when you go next door to Starbucks. The multi-million dollar coffee chain does a great job at keeping its stores peaceful yet inviting. The staff at the 5611 Old Shell Rd. location is very knowledgeable of the products and great at suggesting new drinks.
Starbucks offers a large number of choices in order to help consumers create their own piece of coffee or tea heaven. Though the drinks may be a tad bid pricey for the average tight-fisted collegiate scholar, trading your morning stop to McDonald's in for a custom cup of coffee is more than worth it.
Whether you decide to walk, drive or take the blue or yellow JagTran with a group of friends, Jaguar Village is nice addition to the campus community.
