"Good Luck Chuck," starring Dane Cook and Jessica Alba, is a comedy about love, fate and second chances. Oh, and sex. Lots and lots of sex. I lost count after the twelfth pair of larger-than-life breasts flashed across the screen. There's even a little gratuitous male nudity for the ladies. So, a movie with something for everyone? Not quite.

The movie begins with a flashback to 1985. While playing spin the bottle, little Charlie Logan crosses the wrong goth girl ,and she puts a hex on him. Every girl he sleeps with will fall in love with and marry the next guy she dates.

Charlie ignores this "curse" for several years until he meets Cam, a penguin specialist who's more than a little accident-prone. Our hero falls in love, but what's a guy to do? If they consummate the relationship, he'll lose Cam to the man of her dreams.

This movie started out ridiculous and only became worse. The plot was farfetched at best. Far-fetched can often be forgiven, if the characters are likable and the story is engaging. "Good Luck Chuck" had neither of these qualities.

The breast jokes run rampant, as well as any other kind of low-brow humor you can think of. The jokes made about women get old very quickly, but they keep coming, all the way to the end of the film.

The only saving grace is Jessica Alba as Cam. Cam is sweet and cute and way too good for any of the men in this movie. She is so clumsy that she's a danger to herself and others. She really loves her adorable penguins, making you wonder why she has a thing for a scrub like Charlie. Unfortunately, a movie can't float on charm alone.

The previews of this movie were misleading. They make you think you will see a romantic comedy about a beautiful klutz and her boyfriend. Instead, the moviegoer is subjected to two hours of sex jokes, despicable characters and inane storyline. Plus, anything that was even mildly funny was included in the trailer. "Good Luck Chuck" is juvenile and just plain gross. If you're looking for adolescent humor, save your eight bucks and rent "Porky's" instead.
